Body Damage is Cool
I ask this question every year or two, hoping there's a new answer.

Does anyone make a suspension lift kit for a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer?

1977 CJ-7, fiberglass body, AMC 360 w/ headers, DUI ignition, Edelbrock intake and Holley 4150 carb, TF999, Dana 300, 4.56 gears lockers, York air comp, 4" susp lift, 2" body lift, BFG 35" M-T tires, Megashifter, AGR pump & box, REP8000 winch.

Thanks for the link, John. But $450 for a kit that will only clear 30x9.50 tires isn't something I'd be interested in.

Do you have any idea why there is such a sparcity of lift kits for this vehicle?

That vehicle is not popular in the 4x4 recreation market.

Is the size limit due to fender well fit issue?

Could you trim fender well and change wheel offset to move the tires out more?

Well, unlike my CJ, which would trim very easily, the Trailblazer couldn't be trimmed without destroying a lot of the body. I'm very reluctant to do any trimming, since this is also my daily driver and it is in pristine condition with only 16,000 miles on it. It is also my tow vehicle for my trailer and CJ.

My primary off-road vehicle is my highly modified CJ7. I would just like to make the Trailblazer a little more off-road capable, praticularly in heavy snow. Apparently, that's not going to happen.

When I got this vehicle in 2007 to replace both my Dodge W350 and my Saturn DD, I probably should have purchased a Tahoe instead, but I wasn't sure it would clear the garage door. And the Trailblazer, being a lot lighter than the Tahoe with the same 300+ hp engine, really hauls butt. I guess you can't have everything (g).
