Its possible all those rebuilt calipers come from the same place. I know it costs a lot, but its hard to bead OEM.

You may have moisture in your brake fluid causing bores to rust. I would recommend flushing the fluid a couple times now and then on a regular (like yearly or semi-annual) basis.
