The parts came last night, and today I put them in. I bled the system really well, still no clutch.

How I bled the system: Connected aquarium hosing I get from walmart to the bleeder nipple on the slave. Run it up into the master. Add fluid. pump a few pumps, fill the master, make sure there is plenty of fluid. When there is fluid coming up the tubing and back into the master, I get in the cab and just pump the clutch pedal until I can feel it get firmer from lack of air, then I check for air bubbles in the tubing. When all the air bubbles are gone, I closed the bleeder. Done.

Still, there is no clutch disengagement. I'm beginning to think that A) I am not sufficiently bleeding the system or B) I have a mechanical problem in the bell housing. I don't know what other options there might be.

I have replaced the master, the slave, and thanks to plh, the flex hose. The only thing I've not replaced is the hard line. I can go to pick'n'pull and get another one, or maybe have one made, but I can't imagine that being the issue.

HELP. I'm lost!
