Thanks guys for the suggestions. The grease thing worked like a charm for now and I think I'm might try something a little more permanent once the noise starts to creep back. The caps for the folding chairs seems like another good semi- permanent fix so I might try that. It's amazing how such a small thing can sound like your wheel is going to fall off when cornering!
