Have you done any further checking on the ideas that were presented the first time you asked the question?

ive replaced the fuel hose in the fuel tank, cleaned the fuel screen, replaced fuel filter...spark plugs and wires will be done in early august (with help of friend)

Some of the other ideas presented (ie, vacuum leak) dont make any sense to me. This issue isnt present when my tank is 1/4 full but is fully present when i fill up my gas tank.

If it was some sort of vacuum leak would the stuttering not happen all the time, no matter how much or how little fuel was in the tank?

water in the tank. seldon driven. lots of chance to accumulate water. Full tank means less sloshing around, keeping the water puddle more mixed up. Pull the tank drain and let a small amount drain into a clear container and let it settle down and see if there's a water gob in the bottom.

im sorry, my mistake...poor choice of words, i drive it everyday, just not much...i mean i might only put 4-6 miles per day. Also i drive it usually till the low fuel light comes on. Could water still accumulate in this fashion?

Right now i have under a 1/4 tank and shes running beautifully, pulling real strong, accelerating very smooth.

Even if driven very little and hardly ever needs fuel- That's perfect recipe for Water. But I still say you are developing intake issue that the computer compenates for most of the time. I had to redo mine twice before I got it right. I replaced all my spark plugs coils 1st. Then did the intake. There is a lot of vacuum lines too. I finally have mine driving beautifully!

when you say you did the intake, do you mean you replaced the upper plenum gasket?

also if it was a developing vacuum leak, wouldnt it happen all the time?

You keep the upper piece of the plenum when replacing the Butterfly portion of the intake. Here is someone else's write-up. It's how I did mine. http://www.4x4wire.com/mitsubishi/tech/lower_plenum/
And as far as noticing a miss... mine did it the most under load when cold or on highway when under load. Just driving around town it would hardly do it. Over time it got worse. This truck can manage a lot of leakage bfore it's noticed.
These trucks are notorius for intake issues- the way the were bolted down is not great. Hope this helps you. I still think mine has tiny leak but it is the best it's ever been.

So i bought something that u add to the gas tank that is suppose to absorb any water in your gas tank, we will see if this works

also, im gonna fill the tank up a 1/4 at a time to see at what point the stuttering starts

the tank has a drain plug

it dosent have to be surrounded by water to be an island

So i emptied the tank via the drain plug (very convenient), i didnt notice any water in it, but their was a little bit of metal scraps in the gas i drained, i dont know if that means anything.

The stuttering is still there, and still it gets worse as i fill up the gas tank (i welcome other ideas that keep this in mind)

Next up is spark plugs and wires, then if the problem is still there ill look into vacuum leaks as others have suggested.

My easy check for vaccum leaks is to use a propane bottle with an unlit torch head on it. Turn the gas on and point it at various places around the top of the engine while it is running. If there's a vac leak, the engine will suddenly run much better while the gas is getting sucked in.

Since you have to remove your plenum to replace the spark plug wires, you'll have a chance to be real close to a lot of vacuum leak potentials. One to check is the place in the plenum where the shaft is controlled by a vacuum actuator for the butterfly valves. I have a leaker right there in mine, and it's right up front so I found it rather easily. Naturally, I found it right after I put mine all back together, so I haven't fixed it yet.
