ive replaced the fuel hose in the fuel tank, cleaned the fuel screen, replaced fuel filter...spark plugs and wires will be done in early august (with help of friend)

Some of the other ideas presented (ie, vacuum leak) dont make any sense to me. This issue isnt present when my tank is 1/4 full but is fully present when i fill up my gas tank.

If it was some sort of vacuum leak would the stuttering not happen all the time, no matter how much or how little fuel was in the tank?
