im sorry, my mistake...poor choice of words, i drive it everyday, just not much...i mean i might only put 4-6 miles per day. Also i drive it usually till the low fuel light comes on. Could water still accumulate in this fashion?

Right now i have under a 1/4 tank and shes running beautifully, pulling real strong, accelerating very smooth.
