So i emptied the tank via the drain plug (very convenient), i didnt notice any water in it, but their was a little bit of metal scraps in the gas i drained, i dont know if that means anything.

The stuttering is still there, and still it gets worse as i fill up the gas tank (i welcome other ideas that keep this in mind)

Next up is spark plugs and wires, then if the problem is still there ill look into vacuum leaks as others have suggested.
