I'd like to take a standard AC-DC computer power supply and convert it to be a DC-DC unit for use in the Raider without having to use a DC-AC inverter.

It seems that if the power supply converts 120 to 12, then 12 down to 5 and 3.3, then I should be able to just supply 12 and it would convert down.

Too simple?
