If I remember correctly the FM145 has a removable bell housing, and it will not mate to the Mitsu transfer case. Spencer has one behind is MM diesel, but uses a divorced Atlas transfer case.


He has one from a diesel ranger with the 4d55. It has the correct bolt pattern for a 2.6, but good luck finding one.

They didn't use the FM145 up until 1994. The Fm145 was on older early to mid-80s rangers. The M5OD was used in the late 80s and into the 90s IIRC.
