Sorry I did not get back to you on the wires ...That plug is on a mess of Mitsu's and Korean mitsu powered cars ..

My 89 was doing the same thing as yours 2k idle ... It was a bad MASS that was doing it "on my truck"...And if anyone cares I'm running a 91 MASS on a 89 monty

I unplugged the MASS ...pulled the three screws on the idle control valve coils .. Pulled out the ICV coils and adjusted the idle my turning the armature out on the ICV ...Left the coils out and MASS unplugged and drove the truck for a few months until I could find a good MASS...In doing so the ECM had no control over the ICV...Idled a little lumpy do to the unplugged MASS...
