Coolant line, stick a bolt in it and clamp it in place.

The third line from the fuel pump is return-to-tank; it recirculates the fuel through the lines and the tank while the engine is running. I "think" you can connect it to the metal return line to the tank (it runs alongside the supply hard line along the driver's side frame rail).

I seem to recall others who have installed a fuel pressure regulator on the supply, or "in" line to the carb. As I recall, the mechanical fuel pump is a bit strong for the Weber, but I'm far from an expert on the matter.
