My Weber Carb kit did not have the fitting for the return line installed. I just plugged the rubber line going back to the return line (small metal line on the frame rail). Others have used a fuel filter that has one "in" and two "outs", and plugged the return line into one of the two outs.

I did have an electric fuel pump that ran through a regulator, but I ran the stock pump without a regulator and now I am just running the electric without and it seems fine.
