There is indeed a panhard bar behind the axle.

There are also two fairly long (for a stock setup) trailing arms attached to the frame rails, and a short center link attached to the top of the diff. Matt Brown of Independent4x described it as sort of a half-assed 3-link.

Half-assed or not, it works quite well.
