That bumper is bad ass. What tires are you running?

I am running 33x12.50 r15 Pro Comp X Terrains that I cut and siped

Post some more pictures of your bumpers and rear shock relocation. Are your bumpers modified from something off the shelf or did you do custom made units? Several guys here are really wanting a source of bumpers. Did you install lockers too? How did you clear the front fender behind your 33's? How much lift do you have total?
Think your rig is really great!

Thanks Everet. You have been a big help throughout this build. I have recommended you to a few of my other Oregon buddies.

I built the bumpers from scratch and the winch holder too (allows no blockage of the headlights). Bumpers are plate steel, channel, and angle iron. I have photo's at home but here is a link to my your tube video. I has a few pics of the build in it around 2:48. I will get some pics of the rear build this evening

The rear shocks were easy. Simply weld in a piece of angle between the frame rails and weld on mounting tabs (aka bolts). Move the shock tops to more of a Toyota type position. Make some mounts and move the bottom of the shocks to the inner axle housing. Makes it ride great and Improves flex by 200%. See pics below

Looks good! Nice work on the bumpers, rack and winch!!!

I'm running 31's and my speedo was reading about 5 mph faster than I was going with the new R&P set. I was able to calibrate it with the TruSpeed box Everet had brought to our attention a while ago. I also found that my gas mileage dropped about 2-3 mpg. It improved some after running the rear gears for 500 miles and changing out the gear oil... but that may also have been due to the oil level being slightly overfilled from the initial install. I like the 5.38 gears - makes it a little quicker off the line. But I'm running around 3250 rpm at 70 mph. Sounds like my little engine is screaming!!!

Nice work! Looking forward to more photos and build details!!!

Thank you. I am off by 2 mph now but its okay with me.

Nice.

Don't really need them with my current tires, but if I ever want to go big I should probably obtain a set to have on hand.

Man, you have no idea what you are missing. Lots of power is lost from a factory to an over sized tire. does not seem like much but after you run big tires for a few months than try a factory size, its very noticeable. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND you make the swap. Takes less then 8 hours start to finish and that includes setting up the pattern. It is so worth it I can not describe it. Being able to crawl is priceless and much easier on everything.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. If you need any more information please let me know. I would be happy to lend a typing hand
