Per the website, online price is $120. The kit includes the snorkel base, snorkel top, the black rubber hose, two clamps, four mounting bolts, and the bolt that attaches the snorkel top to the bottom. I think John would mod the snorkel base to fit a DFEV carb at little or no cost, since mine was the test mule. Wouldn't hurt to ask!
