Yeah...

For bettor or worse, you've staggered into a crowd with real expertise - not all of us, mind you, but there are some seriously good minds on this board. Good minds ask good questions and expect good answers.

It's obvious to me you've got something going on and we'd all like to get a closer look.

I appreciate the offer to meet you and see the mods and I'd love to. But, Georgia's somewhat of a hike from Cali. That ain't an option. Besides, this isn't "The California Mitsubishi Forum." There are people here from all over the world.

If it's intellectual property you're worried about, I seriously doubt anyone here will steal your work for profit. If you've got it all worked out, it'll take even the sharpest among us months to catch up to you.

Throw us a bone and post up some photos. I know you've got a camera and I know tossing photos on a forum is not beyond you.

Show us the "money."

87 Montero, bought new, by me -
88/89 intercooled Starion Turbo engine-
with awesome audio.

Did you do anything with the gearing? 40 inch tires would definitely require it; otherwise the trans would be overheated after the first few miles.

Btw, I'm not attacking you, just wanted to know if you did anything with the gearing or if you plan to in the future; I saw that as something that needs work when fitting bigger tires to maintain drivability.

Got a neat concept going in the right direction. I think a 3-4 inch drop kit would be more practical to stuff 38's comfortably. I'd like to see more pics & demos. Keep it up <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Toasty:

Nice looking rig. It does seem to be missing an essential mod: 4x4Wire stickers...

PM me an address and I will send you a couple.

And, I will offer a reward of two 4x4Wire stickers for the first picture of liftmasters Monty with an engine.

I still have several of the stickers for the AZ Crew and I hand them out whenever we get together. I'm pretty sure Toasty has one on the truck somewhere.

I've got 2 actually, the old green logo on back and the new oval on the front.
And you gave me a fat stack of stickers already, I've been handing them out to Montero and other 4x4 guys.
