I have a 1980 Mitsubishi Colt Wagon I am seriously considering getting rid of. This is not to be confused with the Colt Hatchback. They're entirely different vehicles.

The wagon has a G54B engine, and a KM118 (I believe) transmission. We took it off the road several years ago because of smog. When last street legal the engine ran well. Now it has a strong misfire. It has a Mikuni carb with about 100 yards of vacuum hose. I would think that the engine would benefit greatly from a rebuild. It has about 225,000 miles on it.

I'm assuming that the engine would be the only thing of any interest, though the rest of the vehicle might come attached. Would there be any interest in this vehicle, and is it in fact salable? I'd be looking for an amount at least equal to scrap value. It would be a pity to scrap the engine, but money is money.
