Just in case someone is looking for one with 4.636 gears. I took the switch and the pump, but will pass on if someone wants to pull the axle and have to full kit. It's been there since late August so it probably won't be there much longer. It's pretty well picked. Would be a bummer to see that axle in the crusher.

Might be able to early on saturday morning. I don't think you need anything bigger than 24mm. It's not a lot to do, just blinkin heavy

A battery powered impact wrench & sawzall may be a good addition ....not mandatory though.

Good luck. They will help you transport the axle out of the yard to your truck. You probably know that

yeah but I was just going to pick it up and toss it in my pocket. I downloaded the fsm to tear it down but I did not know the size of the bolts. I got impacts up to 24mm. It was not too rusty was it? That will make things easier. At least tomorrow is going to be great weather and temperature.

Rusty? No, don't think so, but I didn't look too closely. At least one brake caliper is missing on the pass side. I didn't notice any damage to the truck so I guess someone traded it in. Shame. Good luck.

A battery powered sawzall is ok.

I've been wondering when you guys would discover the locker.

You still at the Charlotte yard Frank? Any idea how long that Montero will be there for? It's been a little while
