I will look into that. I may have found a complete sohc 24v 6g72 out of a 2001 eclipse for $225 local, so I may just go that route.

That engine will for sure bolt up to my bell housing, right?

I know I will have to play games with manifolds, mounts and wiring/ecu. but at $225, already pulled, its way cheaper than I can find a RWD 6g72 for, and cheaper than my frankenstien engine just for the fact that I wouldn't have to re-gasket it.

If I had all the money I've ever spent on cars, I'd spend it all on cars.
