I don't know about people burning it up in a Prius, but I came across a Nissan Leaf that wouldn't get the hell out of the way in San Diego yesterday. Whole row of cars backed up on 163 South doing about 45 MPH... everyone ended up passing this lady on the right to get back up to speed.. it was an older woman driving that Nissan Leaf a snail's pace!
