Take the fuel line loose form the fuel rail, under/behind the throttle body, and see if that line squirts, too. That puts you downstream from the filter to see if it's plugged.

However, before we go off haring after fuel, if you pull a plug wire and crank the truck with a screwdrive in the wire end and the driver shaft held 1/4" from engine metal, do you see spark?
