Got my Pajero back from the painters last week. You may remember that something fell on the hood last year when we had roof work done. Well, I put it off and got busy, so it sat dented over the spring and summer. Finally took it in a few weeks ago.

I guess it took the painter 3 tries to mix the right color. But now the hood looks great! I'll post a pic soon.

The problem now is that the rest of the truck looks oxidized and faded. The body shop polished up the fender tops to blend the hood in a bit, and they came out great, so I think the rest of the paint can be rescued. Time to pay for a power polish and detail.

Been driving it a lot lately and I'm just amazed at the quality of this vehicle. It's put together so well. Nearly 20 years old, and has needed less money put into it than my 2005 Dodge! Still starts like crap in the cold if it's not plugged in below zero. I'm going to try a new set of glow plugs again, these ones are 4 years old.
