I have only heard a little about Atlas shrugged I have not checked it out myself.. So I dont understand the response to my post if it was even a response to me..

Haven't read the book just saw the DVD of part one.
And its amazing how a story thats 50+ years old can
seem so relevant to todays society and things done

My 86 year old Stepfather gave me Atlas Shrugged when I was visiting recently. I'm into it for a hundred-odd pages so far.

His comment was that it would seem like it was just written about today's headlines.

He's right.

Neil Peart also credits Ayn Rand for inspiration to his lyrics on the Rush album 2112.
