Had a busy weekend , got my transfer case in , my HS 1.7 roller rockers came in , those will be going in maybe tomorrow , and got the intake pretty much almost all the way back in.Things would have gone a little quicker , but I made a boo boo and shattered the plastic power steering pulley when I was trying to get the main bracket off. Also for some reason when I tried to dry fit my intake , it would not fit right , in between the valve covers , so there was a huge gap on each side of the intake , at least 1/4" if not more from even touching the heads. There are a couple pics of that in the following pics and you can see the gap and how it doesn't sit in the valve covers.Anyway , I took off one cover , and it slid in , but the valve cover is fairly tight to get back on.I seem to be the only one that encountered this problem. Also there are some pics of the transfer case installed , and the painted drive shaft and rear dif , keeping the black and gold trim going. The rest of the pics of the intake are what I got put back together so far , pretty much half done , just have to finishing installing the A/C , TB , a few plugs and hoses. There are a couple pics of how dirty the front of the intake was as the gasket there was pretty much gone , the rear was similar , not as bad , and you can see 2 spots on the plenum gasket that have blown out also , so with those spots leaking oil , I am hoping that is where my oil drip came from , and that my rear main isn't leaking like I thought.

The next 2 pics are what's left of the bushing on the power steering pulley , I bought a puller/install kit and had that bushing off in 5 minutes

Here are the pics of the intake where you can see it is not sitting properly at all.

Will keep you all updated once the roller rockers are in and intake is completed and the jeep is fired up.I did the VIC plug swap and the linkage is all adjusted so all gears work on the transfer case
