Ok , took a little time and .66 cents to do some testing and eliminate the breather hose and the o-ring on the speedo sensor.When I took the o-ring out it was missing a chunk, so i figured ok , that has to be it.Topped up the transfer case fluid , which was down about 1/4 of a bottle after 70 miles m it is spitting out pretty good.Took it for a test drive of about 13 miles , came back , looked underneath and it was coated on the bottom and hissing from dripping on the cat again.So , I guess I will change out the rear output seal again this weekend , and will grease the hell out of it when I put it in so it is not dry and won't rip.It is a pretty serious leak , so it must have ripped apart pretty good , looking at other people's they weren't much worse than what my 249 was leaking.
