Ditto with kewlynx.....
U had carb rebuilt so in theory it should be working... Hence bowls and needles.....

My pump went out a year or so ago... its an EASY swap.. Right upfront, open hood and its smiling at you... 2 or 3 bolts (from memory) pull it out - slip in the new, rides on cam(??) EASY...
