Yup, fuel pump is easy.
I had to move the upper rad hose out of the way to do mine though.
Don't forget the spacer between the head and pump!
The pump arm does ride on an eccentric ring that's attached to the front of the cam - that's how it pumps.
Depending on where you get your pump, be aware of which fuel hose goes where.
I think I had one that were different than factory.
