Make sure your stuff is hooked back up properly first. The dashed lines are for stuff that isn't required (like the HAC).

Your fuel hoses could very well be swapped also as suggested; gotta love using digital photography before tearing into stuff.

If you have fuel in the bowl it's a pretty good indication your pump is at least working a little .

I'd be checking my timing and in particular the Vacuum Advance once you square away your fuel concerns.

I would check fule filter and possibly fule pump along with Throttle possition sensor not sure if your truck has one I think it might tho

I would check for vacumme leaks .. a can of starting fluid sprayed on gasket seams and hoses will confirm ..

but be carefull if you do this .. highly explosive , so NO SMOKING !!
