Body Damage is Cool
Mine that was built is stout. I would put mine agains ARB any day. Here is the layout and materials. There was some slight changes. the biggest thing is the bottom C channel goes all the way across and the vertical square tube ties into it instead of multiple c channel sections. The top is also 1 piece of c channel with the square tubes side tied in at the ends. The brush guard is a bolt on set up and much beffer than the one designed. This design works well if you plan on putting the winch behind the bumper, those openings are big enough to get your hands in to access the winch easily. I think I a need to redraw this to how it is built.

Recon, what program is it that the bumper was drawn up with? That's awesome!

Would it be too much to ask for you to do a quick measurement of the size of the turn signal opening in your bumper. Research on the web says 1-5/8" X 5". I do not have any lenses in mine but am here in Thailand and would like to see if I can find an LED bright white I can fab in as a low beam augment or maybe a running light in that slot that I can make water proof.

Thanks <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Thank you. It didn't seem like the info I had was correct based on what I remembered and the pic's on my laptop.

You just helped me very much in my search here.

Thanks again! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
