Wells guys adding to another problem I got. Replaced the fuel filter, went for a cruise on the highway. 5 minutes on the highway I started to lose power. I got off and drove on the access road and had very sluggish acceleration power but if I floored it after it sluggishly got to 30 I think WOT kicked in and Ill start taking off again at a good speed. Once I get back down to slower speeds under 30mpg its sluggish again. I too off the fuel filter and checked it and ran some carb cleaner through it both ways and didnt see any debris, so I reinstalled it and same thing again.

Any ideas?? The problem before this which I dont know if it is fixed yet was the opposite, Couldnt go beyond 55 or 60. I thought replacing the fuel filter would fix it, now it does this.. So just wondering what you all think.

Im wondering if the replacing the fuel filter fixed the highway speed problem, but now it was allowing more fuel through it allowed more/new gunk to enter then fuel lines and cuase the now lower speed sluggishness.

Im planning on trying to blow out the fuel lines from the filter back to the gas tank and see what that does.
