I just contacted the seller to verify which versions of the locker are available (26 and/or 28 spline). I'm also trying to get the part for $600 plus shipping, which I think is fair. He can't get the part at a wholesale price. So I think he has to buy it for the market price of 460,000 won ($411 USD). In my eyes, I think $600 gives him a decent markup, considering he is only flipping and shipping the part. Also, I checked the cost of U.S. import duties on a $600 automotive part...

Total customs value: US$600.00
- Duty: US$15.00
- Merchandize Processing Fee: US$2.00
- Internal Revenue Tax: US$0.00
Total import duty & taxes due: US$17.00
Total landed cost: US$617.00

That's nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

I'll keep y'all posted on the progress...
