1998 is a Gen 2.

They are not Mitsubishi part numbers. They are numbers used to universally identify automotive light bulbs. Walk into any parts store with those numbers and look at the packages. Those numbers are on there in huge print.

The instrument panel light bulbs are occasionally referred to as "wheat" bulbs, as they look like a grain of whole wheat with the two little "legs" on them.

They're not hard to find.
