Fuse #11 was blown. I'm assuming it was due to not disconnecting the battery while pulling the connectors behind the cluster. If you have no speedo, no tach, and no gauges in the center cluster (oil pressure, compass, voltage), check that fuse. Thanks for all the help above with the bulbs too by the way.
