I often just make something up when posting a reply, which explains why people have trouble following my advice.... Somehow I doubt that. My favorite one, though, is when people were having trouble with their Gen 2 cruise control not staying engaged. FE posted a very in-depth answer involving the brake light switch and trouble shooting the entire system. Someone else posted that he just puts his foot under the brake pedal and lifts it up slightly while engaging the cruise control. That's what I do now...and it works. I usually just regurgitate things I've learned on here to answer people's questions when the rest of you are off doing constructive things. John B.

Hey, I'm still at 16th... 'course I've been here the longest, so I guess I shouldn't be too proud... Hey, what do you mean you've been here the longest...are you basing that on the "Reged" date? And I'm even less proud with my number of posts...or lack thereof...

Correction: there's quite a few left from late '99 that are still on. Good to know!! Can't believe its been over 12 years... and for me, five iterations of my original "Old Betsy".
