I think I have a timming Issues. Need some help.

I think I know why it seems like I dont have power but I might be wrong...

My timing don't change when I rev the motor. Why would it do this? The timing adjuster conector is not grounded out. But when I do there dont seem to be any change. Any one have any Idea. I thought I had the ecu all in there right.. mmm

1997 Montero LS with a motor swap a 1990 V6 12valve ported heads full 2.5in Ex I run stock tire size for Daily use, off road have 33x12.5 working on going trubo.
