It was fun, why not?

Because people on this forum appreciate their vehicles.

Amen to that, he just appreciates his Monty differently than I do. How is what he did any different than how my wife or most women treat/neglect there vehicles?

Really??? Why is it that people not from the South consider us ALL ignorant? A lot of us wouldn't treat our rides that way.It is his to drive & use or abuse as he sees fit.My side of the driveway accounts for a half million miles..So he proved that Mitsu's are durable; although I wouldn't do that myself. You don't have to condone what he did..but it's still impressive. He could ave gotten another 40K w/ Amsoil!

Look guys I understand some of your concern about neglect, etc. I don't take for granted or waste my things. Some things are just not worth maintaining. This truck was beat long before I owned it. I had a lot of fun with it and made a few good memories. I certainly would not drive a nice one into a pond, but I bet most people on here would like to do that at some point...I don't know maybe it's just me and I'm crazy.

It's an old beat up green ls. The paint is trashed, ton of body damage, it leaks oil, smokes, leaks all over my kids when it rains, etc...If it was an SR I would not have treated it so poorly. Heck, if it was white or gold (I hate green) I may not have treated it so poorly...but it's not.

It's not like I accedently forgot to change the oil, I was running an experiment to see how long it would go. I drove into trees just to see what would happen. Great learning experiences.

Anyways, I'm on my way to take a look at the damage. Maybe I'll fix it lol.

Everything you said you did to your LS is exactly what I do to my Raider, except the not changing the oil. I abuse my rigs, but I am well aware I am going to bite the bullet to fix it... Glad you had fun, hope your next one is a "keeper"

Also, that green truck... does that have rear disc brakes? I am looking for a LSD LS axle for my blue gen1
