Ray, all 3.5 V6 had the V5M31 5sp.
I'm sure all 3.5 V6 had the V4AW3 4 sp auto and also later 3.0 V6 possibly from 96 on ? I'm pretty sure the only difference between the two auto's is the later one is fully ECU controlled the earlier one is more mechanical.

I just luv my "clacker Jabber".................
