Here's a simple thing, easily overlooked. That set of wires off the battery that powers the dash/ignition/all that. Mine had broken down to where there were a couple strands of the wires left powering the vehicle. Someone on here mentioned it. I checked mine, found them bad, replaced, and does great now. Guess it wasn't getting full 12volts .
