It might be good to exchange cell phone numbers. Just keep in mind some carriers do not have coverage in the area.
T-Mobile - Not good
AT&T - Ok in places
Verizon - Usually Good

For folks that have a CB, you might also consider selecting a radio channel ahead of time. Depending on where you are, you have a much better chance of getting someone on a CB than on a cell phone.
