In over 14 years playing with cars, this is the first time I have *ever* seen someone who isn't a trust fund baby test firing an engine on a stand. Incredible.
And it looks brand new, too! The badassery is strong in this one.
(Sorry to not respond to your text yesterday, Adam. I was in the pool and left the phone charging in the house all afternoon.)

that's awesome Brian, yeah my engine stand for test running is just some 2x4's salvaged from an old pallet. Poor boys can get stuff done too, just takes a little longer to buy up the parts.

Ended up trying a dark green (original 4x4wire dark green ) and i really liked it so i went ahead and painted the valance and passenger fender. What do you guys think? and again these pics will resize after a bit. ![[Linked Image]](http://i1093.photobucket.com/albums/i428/sneakyninjaaction/Montero%20build%20pics/DSCF0176.jpg)

Here's a photo of the 85 Montero I sold to CJ a few years back. Sad story for the particular Montero, but still an original dark green one.

I like it! And its a diesel, so "green" is appropriate! You just need to find a spare tire cover like what came on Betsy V... "Keep Green"!
