Ride quality of the MS springs I don't know about since I'm not running them. I just know I read on here that it will work and believe it keeps the axle in the same place. The KYB is like most say on here. you feel the bumps more. but in a good way. with other shocks, you keep bouncing, with kyb, you feel it once and it's done.
