I would start scouring the salvage areas for Gen 1's. Do you have the upper intake and such? Maybe you could look for the 3.0 core. Best to get someone you know to do rebuild. I have a friend who owns a shop in Sarasota. But he charges $! I did my own head gaskets on my gen I and my daughter is still driving it!
