Has anyone here installed the doug thorley headers on the 318/360 engine?I have a question that isn't in the install instructions they gave me.It pertains to the crossover pipe that goes around the oil pan.One end has a flange and bolts to the passenger side header , then there is another pipe that sits inside the end of that pipe and has a flange that bolts to the driver side header.It does not say what to do with that joint.Being ceramic coated headers I can't see them being welded , maybe just a clamp?What I did with the cat was use muffler cement, then that wrap over top of that and a clamp holding it all together.No leaks at all, so I am thinking that is the way I will go.Also if it has to be taken apart for some reason it is not too bad of a job to take it apart.

I was just curious what other people have done with that joint on their installs and how it has held up.
