The part is out so you should be in good shape. Basically you got a part out that could create havoc if it were to get into a timing chain. Apparently it did not and with luck it was the only one in there. If the engine develops an oil leak up front from one of the bolts you will know which it was. Should this leak be bothersome, pull the bolt clean things up and apply a sealant, locktight blue would be plenty good to seal the threads and any cracks in the housing. Pretty sure because of this same issue because i had trouble getting the proper bolt in the water pump. Anyways, think id be okay if i just put some good quality sealant in the bolt holes? Pretty much gotta strip the whole engine apart to get the timing cover off...
