Welcome. As has been said, fix it and you'll get years of enjoyment from it.

As for the winch, there's no need for a special mount. You can simply weld a piece of 1/4" plate between the frame rails and mount the winch there and have the winchline come out through the stock bumper (using a fairlead of course). <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
