Maybe you can have someone cut & weld a plate on for you? We're not talking anything terribly complicated...

Afterwards, you can drill out 4 holes that you'll bolt the winch to.

Problem that concerns me with that plate is I don't trust it won't fold in on itself when I'm winching.
