If it were mine and not saying this is the correct or safe thing to do...but, before disassembling....I would jack up both rear wheels to remove any loading from gears, disconnect air line to locker, and then ensuring your in 2WD drive drive forward and reverse a few times then tap the carrier case with a BFH...repeat...then repeat again...jar that sucker loose...
