Why do you say its time for all this? I recently charged my AC with a stop leak additive and its worked wonders. Should run around a 100 bucks and its worked on 2 of my cars now.Just a thought. METALMOVER

My Compressor clutch went up in smoke last weekend. Dont think your stop leak will fix that,...and general opinion seems to be, if the clutch is shot, I should replace the compressor and clutch as a unit, and if I am doing that,...gotta do a new expansion valve and drier to insure reliability.

Got 241,000 miles out of the original compressor clutch.
