Don't have ASA loaded up anywhere right now to check part numbers. But, your 97 LS should have the same CVs up front as a 95-96 SR. Assuming so, and depending on your local pick-n-pull (availability, prices, etc.),the general route I would take is:

1. Complete rear axle.
2. Front diff housing (with the gears inside of course).
3. Rear locker "accessories": compressor (in the cubby under the rear pass feet), R/D Lock switch (bottom of the center dash column), control module (behind DS cargo panel, note there are two boxes back there, be sure to get the right one).
4. Drive shafts: pretty sure yours will work, but you'll want to confirm. Again, a parts search in ASA will tell you if the PNs match.

In short, if you can get all the axle units ready to use, you don't need anything from a shop. No R&P set up is needed. It's all bolt-in work.

One other thing to consider though, based on your fab work thread and all that seems to be going into this rig, is that if you have a front diff out of the truck starign at you, I'd give serious consideration to the ARB front locker...
